  • Do I need to make an appointment?
    Yes, we are currently open by appointments only. All appointments must be scheduled online by clicking "book your experience" at the top, "book now" button on our social media pages, or by clicking here! For same day appointments, please give text or call us at 832-463-0486! While we may be able to accept walk-ins, there are no guarantees as it would be based on availability. We highly encourage scheduling an appointment in advance to ensure that you are provided the best experience and attention that you deserve!
  • What is the price range for your gowns?
    Our gowns range from $2000 to $7000+, with the average of our gowns between $2200 to $4500. We also have a revolving selection of gowns available for off the rack that are nicely discounted and in great condition. Our designers use the finest silks, lace, pearls and craftsmanship to create the dress you deserve for the most important day of your life. Every single stitch and detail is curated with your vision and physique in mind. Just like you: beautiful, precious and one of a kind.
  • What sizes are available to experience?
    Majority of our gowns are in bridal size 10-12, with limited gowns in bridal size 16+. If the sample is too small or too large, we will use different clipping techniques to do our best to accommodate as many beautiful body types as possible. Do not be discouraged, we are able to cater to you! Note: Our designer gowns can always be special order in bridal sizes 0-28.
  • Where is the boutique located, and where can I park?
    We are located in the Westheimer Oaks shopping center, off Westheimer Road between River Oaks District and Highland Village, in the third building towards the back of the complex on the second floor, above Le Peep restaurant. There is complimentary parking in the garage attached to our building and for your convenience, we suggest parking on the second floor. You can also park in the immediate vicinity or on the street of West Lane.
  • What is the duration of my experience?
    You should plan for your initial Bridal Appointment visit to last about 90 minutes. There is a 15 minute grace period before our no-show policy goes into affect; if you are running later than 15 minutes, please call or text us immediately at 832-463-0486. We will always try to accommodate you, but must keep our commitments to our other brides. We are sure you understand, as we would not want to rush your experience or that of any bride.
  • What should I bring to my appointment?
    We suggest you wear or bring nude undergarments. You may also consider bringing your favorite shapewear, a pair of heels and any special accessories of your choosing to complete your look should you wish to bring them. While a bra is optional, you must either wear or bring panties, knickers, boxers, shapewear, etc. in order to be serviced.
  • Can my entourage accompany me?
    We definitely want you to have your complete support system with you, but we ask that you limit your party to four (4) guests because we are a cozy and intimate boutique with limited seating. We recommend inviting your closest family members or friends whose opinions you trust most to help you find the perfect dress. Remember, this day is about you! We do offer Private Appointments to allow for up to eight (8) guests, and you will be able to shop with the entire boutique to yourself.
  • Are children permitted as part of the experience?
    We highly recommend that you make arrangements for the little ones. We love children, we really do... but we want to be able to focus on you, and more importantly, we want this experience to be all about you and finding your dream gown!
  • What if I need to cancel my experience?
    There will be a $50 cancelation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period for all bridal appointments, and will automatically cancel your appointment as a no show unless you have communicated your delay either by phone, text or email. Texting us at 832-463-0486 will be the best way to let us know but if you prefer calling us, please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer immediately. We do understand things can happen, but our cancelation policy is strictly enforced. However, if you reschedule your appointment and show up to the new appointment, we can then credit the $50 cancelation fee.
  • How long before my gown is delivered?
    All special order gowns are made to order with a standard delivery time of four to ten months. Some designers may be able to accommodate rush orders at an additional fee, but it is subjected to the gown and request date, which can be further discussed during your appointment. If you are on a tight timeline, don't forget that we do offer gowns on sample sale to be sold as is, off the rack, at a discounted price!
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Do you offer in-house alterations?
    While we do not have an in-house seamstress, we do recommend and partner with a local seamstress who can do fittings at our boutique for the convenience of our brides should you wish to not go to her offsite studio in Northwest Houston. We also have other recommended seamstresses that are located nearby our boutique that solely do alterations offsite. All and any alteration fees is a separate cost, and will be quoted and provided by the seamstress of your choice.
  • Do you have other gowns other than what is featured?
    Yes, we do! Most of our current inventory of gowns we carry in our boutique will be showcased on our social media pages, but sometimes there are gowns that hit our floor before we are able to post. If you are looking for a specific gown by one of our designers, and we do not carry it in our boutique, we can always ask the designer if there is a loaner sample we can borrow but there are no guarantees. Reach out to us through email or text, and we can discuss further!
  • Do you sell anything else other than wedding gowns?
    Wedding gowns are our main focus but we do sell accessories like veils, belts and hairpieces to complete your overall look for your big day. We do not sell shoes, jewelry, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride/groom dresses, flower girl dresses, or suits/tuxedos.
